Accessing Art Through Technology Issues accessing files on ipad pro using the dropbox app ever since i started using the dropbox app on my 12.9" ipad pro (currently on ios 12.1 with the latest version of the dropbox app), i have had issues opening files. When accessing a file via a shared link, we are getting an error: "couldn't load something went wrong on our end" with a link to a download button, but nothing downloads. any idea how we can fix this please? thanks.

Accessing .paper files from desktop app (windows and linux) i have dropbox installed on both my windows pc as well as on my linux notebook. i am looking for the .paper files but cannot seem to find them anywhere. the only place i can access them is through the browser or on the mobile app. can i access them through my file system?. Accessing files in the dropbox folder is extremely slow due to updates not cleaning up the registry the longer the you have dropbox installed the worse the issue will get. it doesn't clean up keys linked to its previous version, so every query loops through leftover keys that are useless or non existent. Hi jay i tried incognito mode that still didn’t work i deleted my temp internet files and cookies and other things that also didn’t work. i have not tried a different browser yet. i will try that and let you know. dropbox works fine on my laptop and phone. i can log into drop box on all devices but the internet connection drops soon after on this affected desktop. logging in is not.
